Welcome to Personal Touch Country Gifts. These terms cover your use of our website (personaltouchcountrygifts.ca) and any purchases you make. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Personal Touch Country Gifts is a Canadian small business located at 1127 Perth Road, Perth, Ontario. We sell country-themed gifts, mugs, tumblers, coasters, and featured-artist collections online and in store. We ship across Canada.
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. Ontario HST (13%) is added at checkout for Canadian orders. Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover through Stripe. Your card is charged immediately when your order is placed.
Occasional pricing errors can happen. If we discover a significant error after you've placed an order, we'll contact you to confirm the correct price or offer a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Some products (including our featured-artist mugs, tumblers, and car coasters) are printed to order. These items are produced specifically for you and typically ship within 5-10 business days of your order. Rendering images shown on the site are digital previews; actual printed products may vary slightly in colour and finish depending on your monitor and the printing process.
We ship across Canada through several carriers (UPS, Canada Post, and others depending on your address). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the size and weight of your order. Most in-stock items ship within 2 business days from Perth, Ontario; made-to-order items take 5-10 business days to produce before shipping. Once shipped, delivery time depends on the carrier and your location — typically 2-7 business days.
Once your order ships you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You're responsible for making sure the shipping address you provide is correct and someone is available to receive the parcel. Lost or stolen packages that a carrier confirms as delivered are not our responsibility.
We stand behind our products. If something arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right — either a replacement or a full refund.
For non-damaged returns of in-stock (non-personalized) items: we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition. Please contact us before shipping the item back so we can confirm the return address. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Made-to-order and personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective, because they're produced specifically for you.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different on your monitor than in person. Hand-made and made-to-order items have natural variation. If anything arrives noticeably different from what you expected, contact us and we'll work with you to make it right.
You don't need an account to place a retail order. Wholesale customers have accounts that we approve individually. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for anything done under your account. Let us know right away if you think someone else has accessed it.
The site design, product photos, and text are ours (or used with permission). Artwork by featured artists (including Kari Lehr, Colleen Gray, and Chuckle Bros) remains the intellectual property of the respective artists and is licensed to us for sale on the products shown. Please don't copy, resell, or use our content without written permission.
We warrant that our products will be as described and free from defects on delivery. Beyond that, to the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item you bought from us. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Canadian consumer protection law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
